The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Providing A Conference And Event Space With The Necessary Technical, Multimedia, Organizational And Service Infrastructure, Providing A Conference Room, Rooms And Corridors For The Exhibition And Catering Part, Banquet Hall, Terrace And External Spaces, B) Providing Technical And Multimedia Infrastructure, C) Providing Service Staff, D) Providing Catering For Conference Participants (As Part Of The Option), E) Enabling The Ordering Party To Conduct Promotional Activities, In Particular Setting Up Promotional Walls And Roll-Ups. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With The Employers Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Contract Template.
