The University Hospital Düsseldorf (Abbreviated Ukd) Is Building A New Clinic Building On The Campus To Accommodate The Skin And Eye Clinic. The New Building Will Also House A Clinic For Bone Marrow Transplants (Inpatient And Outpatient) As Well As A Geriatric Department. The Building Site Is Located Inside The Campus Area And Is Largely Flat, With Small Height Differences Due To Embankments Of Up To 3 Meters. The 5-Story New Building In Reinforced Concrete Construction With A Basement And Technical Floor Has No Connection To Adjacent Buildings Above Ground. The Building Is Connected Underground To The Automatic Goods Transport System (Awt) And To Various Media Via Channels. Building Data: Usable Area 12,152 M² Gross Floor Area 29,439 M² Gross Volume 119,869 M³ The Ok Ffb +/- 0.00 M Of The New Building Is 38.80 M Above Sea Level
