As Part Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Taking Over The Care Of Homeless Animals Belonging To The City Of Suwałki, Staying At The Sianożęć Shelter As Of December 31, 2026, And Taking Care Of Homeless Animals Caught From The Area Of The City Of Suwałki In 2027 And 2028, 2) Catching Homeless Animals, Free-Living Cats, Farm Animals And Wild Animals, Including Game Animals And Protection, From The City Of Suwałki In The Years 2027-2028. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 2) And Important Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 7). 4. The Contractor Must Have A Legal Title To The Shelter Where He Will Provide The Service Referred To In Section 2 Point 1. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Staff With Appropriate Authorizations To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Above Personnel To The Ordering Party For Approval.
