The Tenderer Accepts Any Product Of Any Make Or Type With Properties That Meet The Technical Specifications As Equivalent. The Seller Is Obliged To Hand Over To The Buyer A Complete Documentation Of The Ordered Materials, Which Includes: - The Above-Mentioned Elements - Production Certificates, Declarations - Handling, Maintenance And Assembly Manuals, Instructions - All Relevant Test Reports And Reports That Were Created During Production. Estimated Value And Framework Amount Of The Framework Agreement: Huf 120,000,000.00 Net The Planned Value Of The Individual Contracts (For The Delivery Of 7 Packers And/Or Service Services Required For The Well Works Of Ch Wells) Reaches Or Exceeds Huf 10,000,000.00 Net. Under The Scope Of The Framework Agreement, The Delivery Of At Least 3 Packers Required For The Well Works Of Hydrocarbon Wells Will Be Ordered.
