Supply Of c/s of frame work, welding parts and carline (vb sleeper dtc) , one coach set of frame work, welding parts and carline for vande sleeper 3 tier dtc ( a01) 1) frame work to drgs no a1514009, alt nil - 1 no a1514011, alt nil - 1 no a1514013, alt nil - 1 no a1514015, alt nil - 1 no items called in above drgs in column i to be supplied as loose. 2) wel ding parts to drgs no a1514020, alt nil - 1 no a1514021, alt nil - 1 no 3) carline to drgs no a1514 016, alt nil - 1 no a1514017, alt nil - 1 no a1514019, alt nil - 1 no a1514061, alt nil - 1 no 4) en d side wall to drg no a1514006, alt nil - 1 no a1514007, alt nil - 1 no. 5) door assy for eed to drg no 72614114, alt a - 2 nos to be supplied as coach set only. the firm shall fulfil the manu facturing facility as per icf/md/spec-313, issue status-01, rev.01. the firm shall fulfil th e manufacturing facility as per icf/md/spec-316, issue status-01, rev.00. special condition : 1. the chair pillars shall be packed in the container as per icf/j&t/sk-1865, alt a. 2. other partition fr ames not fitting in the container shall be stacked one over the other, secured using packing strip and placed in steel pallet. 3. the height of each stack shall not exceed 750mm for easy handling. 4. suita ble and sufficient packing strips to be used such that stacked items do not disintegrate during transit, storage and handling. 5.carline packing to drg icf/j&t/sk-1882, alt a.
