Services Furnished By Business, Professional And Specialist Organizations - Selection Of An Operator For The Provision Of Food Vouchers In Electronic Form For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Gabrovo And Secondary Budget Managers. The Public Order, Executable Under The Conditions Described In The Guidelines, Technical Specification And Draft Contract - Part Of The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure, Is Subject To: Selection Of An Operator For The Provision Of Food Vouchers On An Electronic Medium For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Gabrovo And Secondary Budget Managers. The Contracting Authority States To The Contractor The Necessary Number Of Cards That Should Be Delivered To Him, According To The Current Number Of Employees Who Will Use Them. Available Cards Are Loaded Monthly With Electronic Vouchers, After Prior Request From The Employer To The Contractor. The Request Indicates The Cards Of Which Employees (The Specific Cards Subject To Loading) Should Be Loaded With Electronic Vouchers And, Accordingly, At What Value. The Approximate Number Of Employees Who Will Be Provided With Vouchers Is 616. The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Conclusion And Is Valid For 24 Months Or Until The Financial Resource Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Of The Events Occurs First. The Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code And Will Be Executed Only After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee.
