The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Liquid And Compressed Gases And The Lease Of Oxygen Cylinders And Tanks To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party - The Pomnik - Childrens Health Center Institute In Warsaw On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract In Quantities Resulting From Current Needs And Within The Deadlines Specified In The Concluded Contract. 1. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Price Form. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Successful Deliveries Of Compressed And Liquid Gases, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party. •Transport And Unloading Of The Delivered Goods At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Within The Institute. •Rental Of Cylinders, Oxygen Tanks, Liquid Nitrogen Tank And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. •Collection Of Empty Cylinders And Exchange For Full Ones. •Maintaining Continuity Of Supplies Of Medical And Technical Gases Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. Note: The Ordering Party Allows For An On-Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer. The Visit Will Take Place In The Presence Of An Employee Of The Infrastructure Management Department. The Date Of The On-Site Visit Is September 3, 2026 (Thursday) Or September 7, 2026. (Monday) Interested Parties Should Report At 10:00 A.M. To Building K, Room 116. - Technical Supervision Section.
