The Present Procedure Is Organized And Carried Out By The Contracting Authority With A View To Fulfilling Its Obligations To The Staff Of Trolleybus And Bus Transports Eood, Stara Zagora, In Accordance With Art. 48 Of The Collective Labor Agreement. On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking Permission To Operate As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On Paper And Electronic Media, For Issuing Food Vouchers On Electronic Media, The Characteristics Of Issued Food Vouchers On Electronic Media And Carrying Out Activities As An Operator By The Ministry Of Finance /Obn. State Gazette No. 66/25.07.2003/. In The Procedure, Bids May Be Submitted Only By Participants Holding A Valid Permit To Operate As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On An Electronic Medium, Issued In Accordance With Art. 26, Para. 4 Of Ordinance No. 7 Of 07/09/2003. On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking Permission To Operate As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On Paper And Electronic Media, For Issuing Food Vouchers On Electronic Media, The Characteristics Of Issued Food Vouchers On Electronic Media And Carrying Out Activities As An Operator By The Ministry Of Finance. The Contractor Of This Public Procurement, Who Will Deliver Food Vouchers On Electronic Media, Should Have The Status Of Operator Within The Meaning Of § 1, Item 35 Additional Provisions Of The Law On Corporate Income Taxation (Dr Zkpo). An Applicant Whose Permit Has Been Revoked By The Ministry Of Finance And/Or Is In Court Proceedings Under Art. 28, Para. 2 Of Regulation No. 7/09.07.2003 Is Removed From Participation In The Procedure. The Service Is Performed After A Written Request And Against Payment By The Employer Of Food Vouchers On Electronic Media, Which Will Be Loaded By The Contractor On Physical Electronic Media - Personalized Cards Within 5 Working Days From The Date Of Payment. The Contracting Authority States To The Contractor The Necessary Number Of Personalized Cards That Should Be Delivered To Him, According To The Current Number Of Workers Or Employees Who Will Use Them. Approximate Number Of Employees Who Will Be Provided With Monthly Food Vouchers On Electronic Media For 12 Months – 352. The Value Of A Meal Voucher On An Electronic Medium For One Employee – 102.26 Euros Per Month / Up To The Amount Of The Tax Relief Under Article 209, Paragraph 1 Of The Zkpo/. The Final Value Of The Public Procurement Contract Is Formed On The Basis Of The Nominal Value Of The Ordered Vouchers, Collected With The Value Of Providing A Card (Plastic) For Charging Vouchers On An Electronic Medium, Together With The Accompanying Costs Of Its Delivery And/Or Maintenance, According To The Price Offer Of The Selected Contractor.
