Background Under the (WPHF) project funded by UN Women, Nusaned is implementing activities aimed at strengthening the skills, capacities, and economic participation of women and supporting their access to livelihood opportunities. As part of the project activities, Nusaned is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Mouneh Production Trainer to provide practical and technical training to 34 right holders in traditional food processing and Mouneh production. The training will focus on developing the participants practical skills and knowledge in safe, hygienic, efficient, and high-quality Mouneh production. 2. Objective of the Assignment The main objective of this assignment is to provide comprehensive theoretical and hands-on training in Mouneh production to 34 right holders, enabling them to develop practical food-processing skills and understand proper production, hygiene, food safety, preservation, and storage practices. The trainer will ensure that participants are actively engaged in the production process and gain practical experience throughout the training period. 3. Scope of Work The selected trainer will be responsible for: Delivering 20 days of Mouneh production training. Conducting two training sessions/groups per day: AM Group: 17 right holders 4 hours. PM Group: 17 right holders 4 hours. Delivering a total of 8 training hours per day. Providing both theoretical and practical hands-on training. Training participants on different types of traditional Mouneh and food-processing products according to the approved training and production plan. Explaining the correct preparation and processing methods for each product. Training participants on proper food hygiene and food-safety procedures. Ensuring correct sterilization and sanitation of jars, equipment, utensils, and working surfaces. Training participants on proper preservation, packaging, labeling, and storage techniques. Explaining the correct use of ingredients, quantities, measurements, and production equipment. Promoting efficient use of raw materials and minimizing production waste. Ensuring that all participants actively participate in the practical production activities. Ensuring a safe, respectful, inclusive, and supportive training environment. Coordinating regularly with the Nusaned project team regarding training progress, production needs, challenges, and required materials. Immediately reporting any technical, safety, operational, or participant-related challenges to the project team. Supporting the project team in monitoring participants progress and practical skills. Maintaining attendance records and any required training or production documentation. 4. Training Schedule The assignment will be implemented over 20 training days.
