Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Ostrava Siloe After The Floods in Czech Republic

The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Carry Out The Reconstruction Of The Siloe Ostrava Building, A House With A Special Regime, Rolnická 55/360, Nová Ves – Ostrava, After The Floods. The Floods In September 2024 Caused Great Damage, Especially In The Lower Part Of The Extension With The Gymnasium, Which Was Basically Washed Away And Is Now Awaiting Its Reconstruction. The Extension Of The Day Center, Including Elevators And Platforms, Was Also Affected. However, The Water Flooded The Main Building Only In The Basement And Plinth, Including The Entrances To The Building. Fortunately, The Upper Floors And The Facade Of The Main Building Were Not Affected. Necessary Repairs Were Made To The Main Building, Including New Electrical Wiring And Repairs To The Floors In The Basement. In Addition, The Following Needs To Be Done: Repair Of The Main Entrance, Repair Of Etics Plinths And New Plastering Of The Walls And Ceilings In The Basement. At The Extension And The Neck, The Floor Structures From The Basement Will Be Insulated (Free Space Between The Terrain And The Floor Structure), And The Etics Of The Facades, Including The Replacement Of Some Windows, Will Be Carried Out. Furthermore, New Attics And A Flat Roof Of The Connecting Neck Will Be Made. The Interior Will Be Modernized With A Toilet And Shower For Users, Including An Anteroom (Locker Room). In The Exterior, A Set Of Balancing Steel Ramps To The Garden With A Small Terrace Will Be Made On A Steel Structure, And The Surfaces Of The Main Entrance Staircase Will Be Repaired. The Side Staircase Will Also Be Made Completely New Due To The New Surfaces, And The Paved Area Will Be Replaced By Paving With Linear Drainage Instead Of The Existing Communication Channel. Above The Side Entrance Staircase, A Roof Will Be Built Over The Repaired Paved Surface, Which Will Cover The Small Entrance Atrium.The Subject Of Performance Is Financed From A Subsidy Source Of The Ministry Of Labor And Social Affairs (Mpsv), Co-Financing Is Made Up Of A Subsidy From The Moravian-Silesian Region (Msk), And Therefore The Contracting Authority Internally, For The Needs Of This Procurement Procedure, Divided The Subject Into Two Parts, Which Will Have To Be Solved Separately In Time, Taking Into Account The Time Conditions Of The Individual Subsidy Titles.
