Given The Diversity Of The Work Envisaged, The Quantity Survey Must Be Considered As A Schedule Whose Unit Prices Must Be Set By The Bidders Apart From Certain Global Items Whose Amount Is Set By The Administration, Such As The Sum Reserved (D9100, X9100, Etc.). The Ranking Of The Offers Is Based On The Total Amount, Vat Included, Of The Quantity Measurement Attached To The Offer Obtained By Multiplying The Unit Prices Rounded To The 2Nd Decimal Place Indicated By The Tenderers For Each Item Of This Quantity Measurement By The Corresponding Indicative Quantities Set By The Contracting Authority. The Work Described Above Is Not Exhaustive, The Details Of The Work Are Included In The Technical Clauses And The Summary Measurement Annexed To These Special Specifications. As Part Of This Contract, The Contracting Authority Intends To Combat Social Dumping And Social Fraud.
