Metsähallitus Tenders The Basic Renovation Of Saukonniementie In The Pinkjärvi Nature Reserve In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And The Attached Plan Material. The Road Length Of The Section To Be Renovated Is Approximately 5.15 Km. There Are 1,373 Km Of Established Roads In This Section (000–2019-K2117). The Leveling Width Of The Road Is 4.5–5 M. There Are Four (4) Small Parking Areas On The Road Section, Which Will Be Renovated In Connection With The Road Renovation. The Road Renovation Contractor Runs Through The Natura Area, Except For The Initial Distance Of About 0.852 M. The Basic Renovation Of The Road In The Natura Area Has A Permit Issued By Lvv. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two (2) Sub-Areas: 1. Excavator Works As A Complete Contract2. Crushed Loads, Unit Price Contract. Sub-Area 1 Excavator Works, The Contract Includes: - Renovation Of The Side Ditches Of The Road On The Entire Section To Be Renovated.- Designing The Tierungo To The Specified Width In Connection With The Excavation Of The Side Ditches And Removal Of Earth Stones. - In Connection With The Digging Of The Side Ditches, The Removal Of High Edge Slabs With The Same Work Machine. The Aim Is To Minimize The Amount Of Excavated Material And It Is Landscaped On The Bank On The Forest Side Of The Road, And All Types Of Wood In The Ditches Are Removed To Rot Wood On The Forest Side. - Installation Of The Drum, The Location Of The Drum Is Marked On The Attached Work Area Map. - Superstructure Works. Sub-Area 2 Crushed Stone Loads Contract Content: Transportation And Spreading Of Crushed Stone According To The Plans And Ordered. You Can Offer Both Sub-Areas Or Just One. The Bidder Who Submitted The Cheapest Offer And Met The Suitability Requirements Will Be Chosen As The Contractor For The Sub-Area. For Sub-Area 1, It Is A Total Contract, Which Is Carried Out At A Total Price, And The Contract Complies With The General Contract Conditions For Construction Contracts Yse 1998 (Rt 16–10660). The Contractor Selected For Sub-Area 1 Acts As The Main Contractor And As The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation. The Contractor Is Subject To The Obligations Referred To In § 1 - § 4 Of The Yse If Nothing Else Is Mentioned In The Request For Tender Or In The Attached Material. The Scope Of Work, Materials And Scope Are Presented More Precisely In The Plan Materials Attached To The Request For Tender. The Bidder Must Familiarize Himself With The Materials And The Site Carefully Before Submitting The Bid. The Contract Period Is 1 October 2026-31 March 2027. The Contract Must Be Carried Out Continuously After It Has Been Started. The Work Sites Are Marked On The Attached Work Area Map. The Offer Period Ends On 16.09.2026 At 16:00.
