All Messages Exchanged Between The Operator And Op Urban Mobility - Sliven Are Agreed Upon And Approved By All Mobile Operators In Advance. The Leading System For Communication With Customers Is The Software System Of Op Urban Mobility - Sliven.The Agreement Shall Enter Into Force On The Date Of Its Signing And Shall Be Valid Until The Fulfillment Of All Obligations Assumed By The Parties Under The Agreement, But For No More Than 12 (Twelve) Months Or Until Its Value Is Exhausted, Whichever Of The Two Events Occurs First.​​​​​​​
