4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction And Equipment Of A Playground In Łopiennik Nadrzeczny As Part Of The Investment Project Titled Improvement And Unification Of The Quality Standard Of Pre-School Care Within The Krasnystaw Mof. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction And Equipment Of A Playground For Kindergarten Classes At The Public Primary School In Łopiennik Nadrzeczny - Plots No. 539/4, 538/1, 537/1, 540/3, 536/1, Łopiennik Nadrzeczny Precinct. The Subject Of The Order Includes Earthworks In The Form Of Leveling The Area, Construction Of A Surface Ensuring The Safety Of Users, Renovation And Construction Of The Sidewalk, Planting Greenery, Construction Of A Fence, Repair Of Rainwater Drainage. The Investment Involves The Creation Of A Playground Through The Delivery And Installation Of New Play Equipment (Small Architecture Objects): Swings And Carousels, Climbing Equipment, Rockers, Etc., Benches, Waste Bins And Information Boards.4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, (Note: The Design Documentation Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Also Includes The Modernization Of The Sensory Therapy Room And The Purchase Of Equipment For The Sensory Therapy Room, Kindergarten Rooms And Stair Climbers, Which Are Not Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Under This Procedure), 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb),3) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractors Evaluation Of The Offer Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb.
