The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Replacement Of Three Passenger Lifts In The Buildings Of The District Court In Zakopane At Ul. Gimnazjalna 13 And Obtaining All Consents, Decisions, Opinions And Permits Required For The Execution And Completion Of The Works. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling Of Old Elevators (Including Accessories) - Sorting Into Sets And Assembling In The Place Indicated By The User - 3 Sets, 2) Delivery And Installation And Commissioning Of New Electric-Driven Elevators, With A Cabin Adapted For Disabled People, In Existing Elevator Shafts According To The Manufacturers Guidelines And In Accordance With With Applicable Regulations In This Regard - 3 Sets. 3) Carrying Out The Necessary Construction Works Necessary To Install Elevators. 4) Adjusting The Entrance To The Elevators At All Stops If Necessary - The Scope Of Works And Possible Replacement Of Stoneware Tiles Depend On The Parameters Offered By The Elevator Contractor. The Contractor Must Provide For The Adaptation Of Door Openings To The Proposed Elevators, 5) Commissioning, Load Tests And Functional Tests In Accordance With Applicable Standards, 6) Submitting An Application On Behalf Of The User For The Issuance Of A Udt Decision Allowing The Operation Of Lifts (Fees Related To Obtaining The Decision Are Borne By The Contractor). 7) Providing As-Built Documentation, Operation And Maintenance Instructions, Ce Declaration Of Conformity, And Other Required Documents, 8) Providing Repairs And Warranty Service For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance (Excluding Monthly Maintenance For The Safe Use Of The Passenger Lift And Lift Emergency Services). 9) Provision Of Spare Parts For A Period Of Min. 10 Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Device By The Office Of Technical Inspection. Adaptation Of The Power Supply From The Electrical Installation For Elevators Will Be Made By The User - District Court In Zakopane After Receiving Detailed Guidelines From The Contractor.
