1. The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula Entitled: Modernization Of The Helipad - Sps Zoz In Lębork In Terms Of Meeting The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of June 27, 2019 Regarding The Hospital Emergency Department, Preparation Of The Necessary Design Documentation, Including Industry Designs, Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, Performance Of Modernization Works Of The Helipad (Construction And Installations) And Preparation Of Registration Documentation And Conducting Administrative Proceedings Before The President Of The Civil Aviation Office In Order To Obtain A Change Of The Decision On Entering The Landing Site In The Register Of Landing Sites. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of All Activities Necessary To Admit The Landing Site To Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Updating The Landing Site Operational Manual, Obtaining The Required Opinions And Arrangements, Conducting Proceedings Before The Competent Authorities And Obtaining All Decisions Or Entries Required For The Use Of The Landing Site After Modernization. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.
