The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works For The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Indoor Ice Rink In Korzenna. The Scope Of Work Is As Follows: - Renovation Of The Surface Of The Covered Multi-Purpose Sports Field Will Consist In Dismantling The Existing Surface Made Of Artificial Grass, Dismantling All Layers Of The Fields Substructure, Dismantling And Installing Existing Pipelines, And Then Making A New Surface Of The Multi-Purpose Sports Field In Place Of The Existing Layers Of Aggregate And Sand In Which The Installations Are Embedded. Freezing, Allowing The Pitch To Be Temporarily Transformed Into An Ice Rink. The Technological Channel Will Also Be Renovated (Channel With Internal Dimensions Of 70 Cm Wide/80 Cm Deep), I.E. Repair Of Damaged Elements Of The Concrete Reconstruction Of Walls And Coverings. This Channel Houses The Mains (Supply And Return) Of The Freezing Installation, Which Brought The Cooling Medium To The Freezing Installation Located In The Surface Of The Multi-Purpose Sports Field. The Renovation Will Also Include The Replacement Of Damaged Fragments Of The Existing Artificial Grass Surface. - Renovation (Replacement) Of The Existing Freezing Installation Will Consist In Placing New Freezing Installations In The Above-Mentioned Slab Made Of A Sand-Cement Mixture Of The Pitch/Ice Rink, Connecting To A New Device - Outside The Covered Multi-Purpose Pitch - A Free-Standing Freezing Unit Through Distributors Placed In The Renovated Service Channel. - Renovation Of The Existing Linear Drainage Multi-Purpose Sports Field, To Drain Water After The Ice Rink Has Thawed, It Will Involve Installing A New Linear Drainage In Place Of The Existing One. Meltwater Is And Will Continue To Be Discharged Into The Existing Rainwater Drainage System Located On The Investors Plot, To Which The Facility Is Currently Connected. - Renovation Of The Existing Hardened Site For The Freezing Unit By Compacting The Subgrade With Dimensions Of 3 M By 1.5 M And Laying A Concrete Road Slab In This Place On Which The Unit Will Be Placed. -Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Equipping The Facility With The Necessary Equipment And Devices Related To The Operation Of The Modernized Ice Rink, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Completeness Of Supplies, Their Proper Quality, Technical Parameters Required In The Documentation And To Provide The Ordering Party With Appropriate Certificates, Approvals, Operating Instructions And Documents Confirming Approval For Use.
