Tenders are invited for Supply of Flight Training Aircraft for the Centre of Excellence in Aviation Skills (CEAS) The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda Francs (10,000 Frw) or its equivalent in any freely Convertible Currency. The method of payment will be Bank transfer/deposit to non-fiscal revenue account of Rwanda Revenue Authority. The proof of payment will be delivered together with bid, during bid submission. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 7th October 2026 at 10:00AM Rwanda time i.e 8:00AM GMT. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened on 7th October 2026 at 10:30AM Rwanda time (GMT+2) in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below: All Bids must be valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by an original bid security of One hundred thousand United states dollars (100,000 USD) or its equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency and in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee enforceable in the local registered banks, in the format provided in the Bidding Document.
