The Framework Agreement Also Includes The Delivery Of Other Lighting Products (Luminaries, Spare Parts, Components, Control Components, Etc.) Which Are Included In The Suppliers Standard Range (Other Range) Both Within Road And Street Lighting, But Also Other Luminaires And Equipment. The Framework Agreement Is A Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement Which Gives The Principal The Right, But Not The Obligation, To Carry Out Call-Off Within The Agreement Period. The Client Shall Not Be Obliged To Purchase Any Specific Quantity Within The Agreement Period.
