Dismantling The Existing Panel Fence With A Gate.3. Dismantling The Existing Concrete Paving Stones And Transporting The Paving Stones For Reuse To Zgk Radymno - Approx. 283 M24. Renovation Of Existing Elements Of Small Architecture (7 Pieces Without Changing The Location And 3 Pieces To Be Dismantled And Reassembled In Another Place Within The Playground - According To Pzt).5. Laying Safe Surfaces, Installing Playground Equipment And Other Elements Of Small Architecture And Devices Not Permanently Attached To The Ground.6. Delivery And Installation Of A Panel Fence With A Gate.7. Construction Of A 60 Cm High Terrain Hill For Recreational Purposes, Covered With Artificial Grass.8. Planting Of Ornamental Deciduous Shrubs - 28 Pcs.9. Preparation Of A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory. Playground Equipment And Safe Surfaces Must Have Certificates And Approvals Confirming Compliance With Pn-En 1176 And Pn-En 1177, Respectively, Issued By Independent Certification Bodies - Polish Or Equivalent Foreign Ones. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And Implementation Conditions Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Contractors Works And Responsibilities Are Specified In: 1) Design Documentation - Expansion Of The Playground At The Local Government Nursery In Radymno - Annex No. 9 To The Swz.2) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 8 To The Swz.3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Devices And Materials Used Must Have Certificates And Approvals Confirming The Safety Of Their Construction And The Fulfillment Of Appropriate Conditions Hygiene And Environmental Protection. Devices Used In Childrens Playgrounds Should Have Valid Certificates Issued By The Certification Body For Individual Playground Devices, Confirming Compliance Of These Devices With The Requirements Of The Pn-En 1176 Standard (Playground Equipment And Safety Requirements) Or Equivalent. The Certificate Should Be Issued By An Entity Accredited By The Polish Center For Accreditation. The Certificate Provided By The Contractor Must Confirm Product Safety Control And Include Production Monitoring By An Independent And Approved Research Unit. It Is Not Allowed To Present Technical Judgments Issued By Associations Or Appraisers, As They Are Not Authorized Entities. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Made Of Safe And Durable Materials And Should Comply With Polish Standards And The Safety Conditions Specified In Particular In The Provisions On General Product Safety And The Provisions On Safety And Hygiene. The Materials Used, Construction And Finishing Products Subject To Certification Should Have A Safety Mark Certificate Or A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Sta
