The Task Includes The Reconstruction Of The District Road In The Scope Of: - Milling Of The Surface Bituminous Layers - Cutting And Grubbing Up Of Bushes Along With Their Disposal, - Felling Of Trees Together With The Removal Of Stumps And Their Disposal, - Dismantling And Installation Of Signage Vertical, - Earthworks, - Construction Of The Lower Structural Layers Of The Road And Exits - Relocation Of Existing Exits, - Foundation And Adjustment Of Curbs And Edges, - Construction Of Dirt Roadsides, - Construction Of Exits And Sidewalks, - Execution Of Surfaces, Including: Binding And Leveling Seam, 6 Cm Thick, Wearing Course, 4 Cm Thick, - Construction Of Compensatory Plantings, - Purchase And Installation Of Vertical Markings And Information/Commemorative Boards, - Accompanying Infrastructure - Regulation Of Existing Sewage And Sanitary Wells, Protective Pipes For Power Cables, - Finishing And Cleaning Works. The Task Is Co-Financed By Funds From The Government Road Development Fund. The Ordering Party Envisages The Implementation Of The Investment Divided Into Two Stages Of Financing, With The Provision That The Payment Of Remuneration To The Contractor In 2026 Will Amount To A Maximum Of Pln 250,000.00 Gross. The Contractor May Complete A Larger Scope Of The Order In 2026, Subject To Payment In 2027. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Land Development Plan With A Technical Description, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
