Request for Quotation for Construction of Main Line Stormwater Network in Madinat Zayed Bidding Opens on: 27 August 2026 Due on: 10 September 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The project is initiated to enhance and upgrade the existing stormwater drainage infrastructure in Madinat Zayed in response to increasing hydraulic demands, aging assets, and the need for improved flood mitigation measures. The existing stormwater system, including pipelines and retention facilities, has reached its functional limitations and requires comprehensive redevelopment to meet current and future drainage requirements. This tender forms part of a broader initiative to improve stormwater management, reduce the risk of localized flooding, and ensure safe and efficient conveyance of stormwater runoff. The proposed works involve the construction of a new stormwater network designed in accordance with applicable standards and best engineering practices, while integrating with the existing drainage system. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of main lines and manholes, extension of the existing pond, construction of a new outfall and oil interceptor, demolition of the existing pond and pipelines, and all associated works as outlined in the tender documents. This also includes the reinstatement of existing conditions, protection / relocation of existing utilities, traffic management, obtaining necessary NOCs and approvals from relevant agencies and authorities, as well as addressing constructability requirements and completing all works necessary for final project handover.
