The Contracting Authority Wishes, By Means Of This Procedure, To Extend The Support Services, Warranty And Subscriptions / Licenses For The Existing Solutions, Without Modifying The General Architecture In Operation And Without Introducing Technologies Incompatible With The Current Environment. The Acquisition Has The Character Of Operational And Technological Continuity, Being Necessary To Maintain The Level Of Security, Reduce The Risks Of Unavailability, Ensure Specialized Technical Support In The Event Of Incidents Or Malfunctions And Maintain Visibility Over The Performance And Use Of It Resources. This Purchase Does Not Aim To Replace The Existing Infrastructure, But To Ensure The Continuity Of Support Services, Warranty And Rights Of Use For The Solutions Already In Operation, So That They Can Operate In Optimal, Safe And Compliant Conditions During The Established Contractual Period. The Renewal / Extension Of Support Services, Warranty And Subscriptions / Licenses Related To Existing Solutions Will Be Carried Out, Including, As Appropriate, For Platforms And Products Used From The Range Of Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, F5 And Ibm (Respectively Ibm Qradar, Ibm Instana And Ibm Turbonomic), According To The Technical Requirements Detailed In The Specifications. Romanian Car Registry - R.A. (R.A.R. - R.A.) Uses Specialized Solutions For Security, Communications, Monitoring, Observability, Resource Optimization And Application Protection Within Its It Infrastructure, Necessary To Ensure The Continuity Of It Services, Protect Digital Resources And Maintain An Adequate Level Of Availability, Performance And Security. These Solutions Are Used For The Protection Of Central Infrastructure, Data Communications, Internally And Externally Exposed Applications, For Securing Traffic And Critical It Services, As Well As For Monitoring, Analyzing, Correlating Security Events, Application Observability And Optimizing The Use Of It Resources. Since The It Systems Of The R.A.R. - R.A. Support Very Important Operational Processes, It Is Necessary To Keep Operational And Up-To-Date Security, Monitoring And Administration Components. The Requirements In The Specifications Are Minimum And Mandatory. In This Sense, Any Service Offer That Deviates From The Provisions Of The Specification Or Presents Services With Inferior Characteristics To Those Provided For In It Or That Do Not Meet The Requirements Imposed In It, Will Be Rejected As Non-Compliant. The Purchase Will Be Completed By Concluding A Contract With A Single Economic Operator, For A Maximum Period Of 25 Months, Of Which A Maximum Of 24 Months Is The Additional Period Granted For Warranty, Subscriptions / Licenses And Technical Support Services And 30 Days For The Delivery And Implementation Period.
