Janitorial Services – Concierge Services On The Cea/Cesta Site. The Service Will Take Place In A Secure Room Adjoining The Centers Collective Restaurant. This Location Offers A Space Of Approximately 25 M² Including A Counter Area And Storage Space. The Services Offered May Be: • Dry Cleaning, Ironing, Shoe Repair, Sewing, • Support For Administrative Procedures (Registration Card, Technical Inspection, Etc.), • Sending And Receiving Of Packages, • Car Washing And Cleaning, • Organization Of Technical Inspections, Vehicle Inspections And Repairs, • Delivery Of Fruit/Vegetable/Meat/Other Baskets, Etc.: The Baskets Will Be Delivered Once A Week (Or At Another Pace Depending On Needs), • Specific Orders For Bread And Pastries, Etc. In Relation To Service Providers: Babysitting, Cleaning Lady, Gardener, School Support, Computer Troubleshooting, Etc. • Mini-Repair Shop: Sale Of Stamps, Handkerchiefs, Tights, Bandages, Coffee, Jam, Honey, Coffee Capsules, Tea, Etc. • Postal Service: Postage And Delivery Of Registered Mail Daily On Request, • Delivery Of Flowers, • Good Deals, • Organization Of One-Off Events For Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Etc. Holder Will Propose, Host And Support On-Site Events (Number Estimated At 3 Per Year Including Candlemas, Summer Market And Christmas Market) In Order To Establish A Dynamic. He Will Have To Put In Place Commercial Actions, Communication And Marketing Plans In Order To Capture New Prospects, Retain Users, Generate Interest And Promote The Concierge Services. Beneficiaries Must Have Three Ways To Access Services: • An Internet Portal (And Its Smartphone Version), • A Telephone Number: Accessible By Beneficiaries At Least During Working Hours. The Cost Of A Call Will Be The Cost Of A Local Call, • The Physical Concierge Service: Open 49 Weeks Per Year, Monday To Friday. Dashboards Will Be Sent Monthly By The Holder To The Cea Contract Manager. The Duration Of The Service Is As Follows: - Incoming Reversibility Period 1 Month (Optional); - 3 Years Or 36 Months (Farms); - 2 Years Or 24 Months (Optional); - Outgoing Reversibility Period 2 Months (Optional).
