The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply And Purchase Of Electricity For The Needs Of Ostrołęckie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanyzacji Sp. Z O. O. The Estimated Electricity Demand In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is: 3,570 Mwh. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Volume Of Electricity In Relation To The Amount Specified In Point 2. +/- 15% In Relation To The Entire Volume Of The Order. Possible Change Of The Estimated Consumption Specified In Section 2 Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Actual Amount Of Electricity Consumed. 4. The Estimated Repurchase Of Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is: 100 Mwh (+/- 30%). 5. The Ordering Party Will Conclude An Agreement For The Purchase Of Energy Generated In Sources Belonging To The Ordering Party, Based On The Contractual Template Proposed By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Contract And Adapt The Provisions To The Swz Requirements. 6. Due To The Impossibility To Predict, At The Time Of Concluding The Contract, All Circumstances Affecting The Number Of Facilities (Collection Points) Owned By The Ordering Party Within The Deadline For Execution Of The Order, It Is Possible To Increase Or Decrease This Quantity, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Separately Within Each Of The Tariff Groups, Listed Enumeratively In Annex 1 To The Swz And Priced In The Offer Form. This Change May Not Exceed 10% Of The Number Of Collection Points (But Not Less Than 1Ppe) Indicated In Annex 1 To The Swz. (Article 455(1)(1) Of The Public Procurement Law). 7.
