Construction Works For Power Plants And Heating Plants - Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Task: Construction Of A Gas-Fired Heat And Power Plant Based On Gas Engine Modules For Combined Production Of Electricity And Heat At Pec Legionowo. 4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Called Construction Of A Gas-Fired Heat And Power Plant Based On Gas Engine Modules For Combined Production Of Electricity And Heat At Pec Legionowo In The Design And Build Formula. 4.2. The Heat And Power Plant Will Consist Of 4 Identical Gas Cogeneration Units, Each With An Electrical Capacity Of Min. 2 Mwe And Thermal Min. 1.9 Mwt. Total Electrical Power - Approx. 8 Mwe, Total Thermal Power Approx. 7.6 Mwt. The Investment Should Be Carried Out On The Premises Of The Existing Municipal Heat Plant Of Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej In Legionowo, Located At Ul. Olszankowa 36 In Legionowo. The Task Will Be Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. It Is Planned To Locate Some Of The Devices Inside The Building And The Rest Outside On The Roof Of The Building In Accordance With The Assumptions Of This Fup. Container Construction Is Not Allowed. The Order Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Complete Cogeneration Systems For Electricity And Heat Intended For Continuous Operation. The Energy Produced Will Be Fed Into The Heating And Power Grids And Resold. The Installation Of Cogeneration Units Intended For Installation Should Meet The Conditions For High-Efficiency Gas Cogeneration Specified In Polish And Community Legislation. It Will Be Intended For Continuous Operation, With Full Load, I.E. Throughout The Year With Breaks Resulting Only From Required Stops For Servicing Work, In Accordance With The Engine Manufacturers Recommendations. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Construction Of A Complete Cogeneration System Compatible With The Existing Infrastructure Of The Heating System Belonging To The Ordering Party And The Power Grid. The Designed And Constructed Installations And Operating Parameters Of The Combined Heat And Power Plant Must Meet The Requirements Of High-Efficiency Cogeneration And The Conditions Resulting From Winning The Achp22025 Cogeneration Auction, Including Guaranteed Parameters And Documentation Necessary To Confirm Compliance With The Auction Requirements. Construction And Assembly Works Will Be Carried Out On The Active Facility Of The Employers Municipal Heating Plant; The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Does Not Disrupt The Continuity Of Operation Of The Existing Heating Installation, While Maintaining All Safety, Health And Safety And Fire Protection Requirements. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Obtain All Necessary Arrangements, Permits, Approvals And Administrative Decisions Confirming The Compliance Of The Construction Project With The Requirements Resulting From Separate Regulations. The Ordering Party Informs That It Requires The Contractor To Carry Out A Mandatory Local Inspection Of The Site Of Works (In Accordance With Point 5 Of The Swz). The Date Of The Next Round Of On-Site Visit Has Been Set For September 17, 2026 At 10:00 (Meeting Point: The Ordering Partys Headquarters).
