The Contracting Authority Is Seeking Parties To Design And Construct The Premises And Lease Them To The Ministry Of Social Affairs And Housing And The Municipality Of Garðabær. The Proposed Building Is Expected To Be Approximately 8,000 M² And To Accommodate Around 100 Nursing Care Places.
