Photocopying Equipment – Rental Of Multifunctional Devices For The Needs Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office In Olsztyn. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Rental Of Multifunctional Devices, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Devices, In A Total Number Of 84 Pieces, In The Following Locations: 1) The Building Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office In Olsztyn At Al. Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego 7/9, 2) Building Of The Delegation Of The Warmia-Masuria Voivodeship Office In Elbląg At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 1, 3) Building Of The Delegation Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office In Ełk At Ul. Mickiewicza 15, 4) Provincial Disability Assessment Team: A) Building In Olsztyn At Ul. Kajki 10/12, B) Building In Elbląg At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 1, C) Building In Ełk At Ul. Mickiewicza 15, 5) Building Of The Medical Dispatch Office In Olsztyn At Ul. Niepodległości 16, 6) Road Border Crossing In Bezledy, 11-200 Bartoszyce, 7) Road Border Crossing In Grzechotki, 14-500 Braniewo, 8) Road Border Crossing In Gronów, 14-500 Braniewo, 9) Road Border Crossing In Gołdap, 19-500 Gołdap. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Description In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Contains Minimum Requirements For The Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Which Means That The Contractor Can Offer Devices With Better Technical And Operational Parameters. 4. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed And The Words Or Equivalent Apply. 5. The Equipment Under The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered On The Ordering Partys Working Days, Using The Contractors Own Efforts, At The Contractors Expense And Risk. 6. The Delivered Devices As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Unused, Complete, Technically Efficient, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026, Together With The Required Controllers, Approved For Trading And Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, At His Own Expense, Instructions On How To Use The Devices Provided As Part Of The Subject Of The Order For Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party. 8. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage I - Covering The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In 2026, 2) Stage Ii - Covering The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In 2027, 3) Stage Iii - Covering The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In 2028, 4) Stage Iv - Covering The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In 2029, 5) Stage V - Covering The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In 2030. 9. In The Event Of Lack Of Financial Resources For Implementation Subject Of The Contract Within Stages Ii, Iii, Iv Or V, The Contracting Authority Will Withdraw From The Implementation Of This Stage/S, And In Such A Case The Contractor Will Only Be Entitled To The Remuneration Due For The Performance Of Part Of The Contract Until The Date Of Withdrawal.
