The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection And Processing Of Waste (Recovery And/Or Disposal) With Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11 - Fraction With A Diameter Above 80 Mm From Sorting Municipal Waste - Bulk Waste In The Amount Of 1000 Mg - Coming From The Disposal Plant Municipal Waste In Trzebień. 1. Waste Collection And Management Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Permits Held By The Contractor Or Subcontractor. The Offered Waste Management Method Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And Recovery Processes Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 2. Waste With Code 19 12 12 Is Produced From Mixed Municipal Waste, Separately Collected Municipal Waste And Large-Sized Waste At The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Trzebień At Ul. Spacerowa 24. 3. Waste Collection: A) Waste Will Be Transferred And Collected From The Premises Of The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Trzebień, Ul. Spacerowa 24, 59-700 Trzebień, B) Loading And Collection Of Waste May Be Carried Out Every Day From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, From 7:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M., C) Collection Will Take Place By Means Of Transport Organized By The Contractor And At Its Expense, Also In Terms Of Transport Costs, Transport Insurance And Unloading, D) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Be Ready For Collection Min. 120 Mg Of Waste Per Week, E) Loading Waste Onto Vehicles Provided By The Contractor Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party, F) The Contractor Will Provide Vehicles Enabling Loading Of Waste In Loose Form From The Top, G) The Collected Waste Will Be Weighed On The Ordering Partys Legalized Truck Scales, Located On The Premises Of The Plant. To Determine The Weight Of The Collected Waste, The Contractors Vehicle Must Be Weighed Before Loading. The Weighing Result Will Be Binding For Settlements Between The Parties, H) The Contractor Is Solely Responsible For Any Damage, As Well As For Losses, Losses And Damage To Waste, Occurring During The Transport Of Waste From The Moment Of Delivery To Zuok Trzebień And During Storage And Unloading Of Waste Until It Is Subjected To And Completion Of Recovery And/Or Disposal Processes. The Contractor Is, In Particular, Liable For The Actions And Omissions Of Its Staff And Entities It Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order, E.G. Carriers, I) Upon Releasing The Waste To The Contractor, All Benefits And Burdens Related To It And The Risk Of Accidental Loss Or Damage Are Transferred To It, In Particular It Takes Responsibility For The Waste Released, For Its Proper Handling And For The Resulting Consequences. 4.
