The Activities Will Be Carried Out According To The Project Documentation And The Statement Of Dimensions Of Bd Urbanity Prepared By The Designer Ing. Radke Lázničkou, With Registered Office At Lesní 392, Třebestovice, 289 12, Id Number: 74875531, Čkait 0012206, Authorization In The Field Of Building Construction; Other Data Are Given In The Project Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation). All Features, Procedures, Requirements And Specifications Are Listed In The Draft Contract For The Work, Which Is Annex No. 3 Of This Procurement Documentation, And In The Project Documentation, Which, Together With The Measurement Statement, Is Annex No. 4 Of This Procurement Documentation. The Project Documentation, Including Its Documentary Part, Statements Of The Concerned Authorities, Network Administrators And Other Related Documents, Was Prepared For A Wider Project Unit, Which Also Includes The Kindergarten Building. However, The Implementation Of The Kindergarten Building Is Not The Subject Of This Public Contract. Works, Supplies And Services That Relate Exclusively To The Kindergarten Building Are Not Included In The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With The Bill Of Quantities, And The Contractor Therefore Does Not Value Them Or Include Them In The Tender Price Within The Framework Of This Public Contract. Any References To The Kindergarten Object Contained In The Project Documentation Or Its Annexes Have Only An Informative Meaning Resulting From The Fact That These Documents Capture A Wider Project And Permit Unit, And In Themselves Do Not Establish The Contractors Obligation To Carry Out Work Related To The Kindergarten Object. In Order To Determine The Material Scope Of Works, Supplies And Services That Are The Subject Of This Public Contract And That Are To Be Valued By The Supplier, The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions Is Decisive; The Project Documentation Is Also Binding For The Determination Of The Technical, Material And Qualitative Solution Of Those Parts Of The Building That Are Included In The Subject Of This Public Contract. This Does Not Affect The Contractors Obligation To Carry Out Any Work At The Interface Between The Kindergarten Building And Other Parts Of The Building, If These Works Are Explicitly Included In The List Of Works Of This Public Contract. Technical Supervision Of This Contract May Not Be Carried Out By The Supplier Or A Person Connected To Him.
