The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment Together With: A) Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions And Other Documents Prepared In Polish, Necessary To Take Over The Equipment For Use Or To Indicate The Manufacturers Publicly Available Website With The Latest Available Versions Of The Instructions/Documentation. If The Operating Manual/Documentation Is Not Available In Polish, The Ordering Party Will Allow The Manual/Documentation In English; B) With All Accessories Constituting The Sales Set. 4. The Contractor Declares That The Equipment Offered On The Day Of Signing The Equipment Acceptance Protocol Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale. 5. Regardless Of The Warranty, The Contractor Is Liable Under The Warranty For Physical And Legal Defects Of The Equipment. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Rights Under The Warranty For Defects In The Equipment Regardless Of The Rights Arising From The Warranty. 6.
