The Tender Relates To A Framework Agreement With One Supplier Regarding The Supply Of Online Sensors And Online Process Analyzers As Well As Associated Equipment For Herning Vand A/S Treatment Plant. During The Framework Agreement Period, Herning Vand A/S Wishes To Acquire The Following Products: - Ph Sensors Estimated Quantity: 6 Pcs. - Nitrate Meters Estimated Quantity: 6 Pcs. - Oxygen Sensor Estimated Quantity: 10 Pcs. - Ss/Turbidity Meters Estimated Quantity: 6 Pcs. - Uv-Vis Meters Estimated Quantity: 1 Pc. - Ammonium Analyzers Estimated Quantity: 6 Pcs. Phosphate Analyzers - Estimated Quantity: 5 Pcs. - Toc/Tn Analyzers Estimated Quantity: 1 Pc. - Dissolved Oxygen Sensors Estimated Quantity: 8 Pcs. - Redox Sensors Estimated Quantity: 8 Pcs. - Conductivity Sensor Estimated Quantity: 4 Pcs. - Mud Mirror Gauges Estimated Quantity: 8 Pcs. - Filtering Units Estimated Quantity: 11 Pcs. - Total-P And Ortho-P Analyzer (Ortho- And Total Phosphate) Estimated Quantity: 1 Pc. - Associated Controllers Estimated Quantity: 20 Pcs. - Analysis Robot Estimated Quantity: 1 Pc. The Maximum Quantity Of The Framework Agreement Can Be A Maximum Of Up To 100% Higher Than The Estimated Quantity, Which Appears In Section 3 Of The Tender Conditions. The Ordering Party Has Chosen Not To Tender Separate Partial Contracts. The Ordering Party Has Estimated, Based On Economic Conditions, That More Advantageous Prices Can Be Achieved With A Combined Agreement. In View Of The Quality And Consistency Of The Overall Tendered Task, It Is Considered Appropriate To Have One Overall Framework Agreement, Just As A Division, Based On Market Conditions, Is Not Considered To Give Additional Companies - Including Smes - The Opportunity To Submit Offers.
