The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Transport, Contribution, Assembly, Installation, Commissioning, It Integration, Staff Training And Commissioning Of A Complete, Brand New Breast Diagnostic System, Including In Particular: • A Digital Mammography Device With Equipment Enabling The Performance Of 2D Examinations, 3D Tomosynthesis, 2D Synthetic Images, Spectral/Contrast Mammography And Biopsy • A Breast Biopsy System, Including A Biopsy System Vacuum Mammotomy With Starting Equipment; • Multi-Purpose Biopsy Chair Or Couch; • Automatic Contrast Agent Injector Compatible With The Contrast Mammography Procedure; • Operator Station; • 1 Radiological Diagnostic Station For The Description Of Mammography Tests, With Software And Diagnostic Monitors; • Mammography Quality Control Kit; • Performance Of Construction And Adaptation Works In 5 Rooms After An On-Site Visit (The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform It In Accordance With The Schedule And Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, And The Works Will Be Carried Out In A Way That Is As Least Burdensome For The Ordering Party As Possible On Working Days From 7:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. At The Ordering Partys Office) • Full Integration With The Ordering Partys Pacs/Ris/His Systems; • Removal, Collection, Transport And Disposal Of The Mammogram Indicated By The Ordering Party; • Preparation Of Documentation, Performance Of Required Tests, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 12, 2022, Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2759 Issued On The Basis Of Nuclear Law And Participation In Activities Required By The Competent Authority Of The State Sanitary Inspection; Preparation Of All Documentation Necessary To Put The Completed Task Into Use, Including Obtaining, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, All Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements, Notifications, Administrative Decisions, Permits And Acceptances From The Competent Authorities And Institutions Necessary To Launch And Use The Subject Of The Agreement. This Scope Includes, In Particular, Obtaining The Consent Of The Competent State Provincial Sanitary Inspector To Launch And Use The Device In Accordance With Art. 33Q Of The Act Of November 29, 2000 - Atomic Law, As Well As Carrying Out All Required Arrangements, Consultations And Formal Legal Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement And Putting It Into Operation; • Warranty And Service Support During The Warranty Period. 2.
