Civil Protection Is A Component Of The National Security System, It Has A Permanent Character And Is Based On The Fulfillment Of Obligations, According To Law No. 481/2004, Republished, To Central And Local Public Administration Authorities, To Other Romanian Public And Private Legal Entities, As Well As To Natural Persons. The Proposed Investment Aims To Comply With The Legislation In Force That Provides For The Development Of Notification-Alarm Systems, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Audibility Study. This System Is Part Of The National Integrated Warning-Alarm System Which Aims To Include The Subsystems Distributed On The National Territory, In An Integrated System, With A View To The Unitary Application Of Specific Legal Plans And Procedures, Thus Eliminating The Parallelisms And Communication Dysfunctions That Appear In A Set Of Independently Operating Systems, According To Art. 5 Of O.M.A.I No. 886/2005 For The Approval Of The Technical Norms Regarding The National Integrated System For Notification, Warning And Alarming The Population. The Project Will Contribute To The Fulfillment Of The Legal Civil Protection Obligations Of The Local Public Administration, As Well As To The Fulfillment Of The Strategic Objectives And Strategic Development Priorities Of The Municipality Of Baia Mare, By Equipping It With Equipment, Materials And Means Of Civil Protection Defense.
