Tenders are invited for Procurement of Structural Works such as Elevated U-Turns, Flyovers, Underpasses and BRT Lanes To obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents, Bidders should contact TransKarachi at the address below from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 hours (Pakistan Standard Time). 6. To purchase the Bidding Documents in English, eligible Bidders should: (i) write to the address below requesting the Bidding Document; and (ii)pay a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Pakistani Rupees (PKR 50,000) or Two Hundred US Dollars (USD 200) by Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of TransKarachi. 7. The documents may be collected in person at the address below or delivered for an additional fee of Fifteen Thousand Pakistani Rupees (PKR 15,000) for domestic delivery by express airmail, or Three Hundred Fifty US Dollars (USD 350) for overseas delivery. No liability will be accepted for loss in transit or late delivery. 8. Eligible Bidders also have the option to download the Bidding Document at no cost from the TransKarachi website www.transkarachi.pk - https://transkarachi.pk/bids-and-tenders/. Bidders opting to download shall inform TransKarachi in writing at the address below; failure to do so shall not make TransKarachi responsible if the Bidder does not receive clarifications and amendments. In case of any discrepancy between the downloaded document and the hard copy, the latter shall prevail. 9. A pre-bid site visit shall take place on 1 September 2026 at 10:30 hours (Pakistan Standard Time), at the address mentioned below. Place: Numaish Chowrangi, M. A. Jinnah Road, Karachi, Sindh, Islamic Republic of Pakistan 10. A pre-bid meeting shall take place on 3 September 2026 at 11:00 hours (Pakistan Standard Time), at the address mentioned below. Place: Meeting Room, Basement, Office of the Chief Executive Officer, TransKarachi, House No. C-89, Block 2, Clifton, Karachi, Sindh, Islamic Republic of Pakistan 11. For the convenience of Bidders, participation is also available online through Zoom. Interested Bidders shall send a request for online participation to procurement@transkarachi.pk. The Zoom meeting link and relevant access details will be provided by the Employer to the requesting Bidders through email. 12. All Bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid visit and pre-bid meeting in person; the online platform is available to facilitate participation Deliver your bid to the address below, on or before the deadline for submission of bids on 8 October 2026 at 12:30 Hours (Pakistan Standard Time), together with a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document. Late bids shall be rejected. 14. Technical Bid opening shall take place on 8 October 2026 at 12:35 hours (Pakistan Standard Time) in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address mentioned in para. 10 herein.
