Tenders are invited for Procurement of General Furniture for Newly Constructed/ Renovated Medical Facilities-Stage l - RB 2. Cushion chair with arm for patients Rotating chair/ computer chair Dispenser chair with arm Gang Chairs stainless steel Gang Chairs stainless steel Highback executive chair Office table Etc. A pre-bid meeting shall take place at 10.30 Hrs on 08th September 2026 at the above address conducted by the purchaser. AH bidders are strongly advised to attend this pre-bid meeting. To purchase the Bidding Document in English, eligible bidders should submit a written request application to the address above requesting the Bidding Document for the Procurement of General Furniture for Newly Constructed/ Renovated Medical Facilities-Stage I - RB 2 for the Health System Enhancement Project - Additional Financing and pay a non-refundable fee as indicated in the table below on or before 1500 Hrs on 25th September 2026. Tender Fees: LKR 12500/- Lot 1, LKR 2500/- Lot 2 and LKR 5000/- Lot 3 Non refundable. The method of payment will be in cash, from 09.00 Hrs to 15.00 Hrs on working days or pay by direct deposit to the bank account name: Health System Enhancement Project-Additional Financing (Counterpart), Account Number: 7040799 at Bank of Ceylon. The Bidding Document may also be sent by airmail for overseas delivery and surface mail or courier for local delivery with an additional fee of US$ 100.00 and LKR 15,000.00 respectively in addition to the non-refundable fee stated under Para 10.
