The Contracting Authority Assumes That The Public Contract Will Be Co-Financed From The Program New Renewable Sources In Energy (Res+) Financed From The Modernization Fund, Within The Modf - Res+ Call No. 3/2022 - Modf-Res2-Fv_3 For Submitting Applications For Support From The Modernization Fund.The Technical Solution Listed In The Technical Specification Is Only A Proposed Solution. The Client Does Not Prescribe A Specific Technical Solution For The Work. The Contracting Authority Does Not Prescribe A Specific Brand, Type Or Model Of Photovoltaic Panels, Battery Storage, Inverters Or Other Technological Components. The Supplier Is Entitled To Propose His Own Technical Solution, If All The Binding Requirements Of The Procurement Documentation, The Contract For The Work, The Conditions Of The Subsidy Provider, Modf – Res+ No. 3/2022 (In Particular, The Specific Acceptance Criteria), The Requirements Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator, Legal Regulations, Technical Standards, Fire Safety Requirements, Static And Construction Technical Conditions Of Individual Objects Are Met, And At The Same Time The Purpose, Conclusions And Decisive Parameters Of The Energy Assessment.Part Of The Scope Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Implemented In The Form Of Design & Build Is In Particular The Processing Of The Implementation Project Documentation, The Delivery And Installation Of The Pv Plant, Including All Related Activities Necessary For Its Proper Completion, Handover, Acceptance And Connection To The Distribution System. The Performance Of The Public Order Also Includes Related Engineering Activities And Ensuring The Authors Supervision Of The Designer.
