The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Supplier To Ensure Access To Flexible And Highly Competent Assistance That Can Contribute To Maintaining And Further Developing A High Level Of Security, As Well As Reducing Risks Related To Operations And Digital Threats.A More Detailed Description Of The Assignment Can Be Found In Requirements Specification, Appendix 2.The Agreement Has A Duration Of 2 Years From Contract Signing. The Client Has The Option To Extend The Agreement For A Further 1 + 1 Year. The Agreement Is Automatically Extended If Nfi Has Not Given Written Notice Of Termination No Later Than 3 Months Before The End Of Each Agreement Period. The Total Duration Of The Assignment Is A Maximum Of 4 Years.The Assignment Starts Immediately After The Agreement Is Signed.
