The St. Lawrence Parks Commission (Slpc) An Agency Of The Ministry Of Tourism, Culture And Gaming Is Seeking To Procure A Suitable Vendor That Will Provide Food And Beverage Services At Upper Canada Village In Morrisburg. Scope Of Work The St. Lawrence Parks Commission (Slpc) Is Procuring A Non-Consulting Service To Provide Food And Beverage Operations At Three Venues Located At The Upper Canada Village. These Venues Are: • Willard’S Hotel - Located Inside The Ucv Attraction, This Venue Offers Indoor Sit-Down Meal Service With A Full Menu Offering Of Period-Style Meals And Afternoon Tea. • Harvest Barn - Located Inside The Ucv Attraction, This Venue Offers, Cafeteria Style Sit-Down Meal Offerings With Both Outdoor And Indoor Seating Options. • Ice Cream Hut – Located Outside The Entrance To Ucv, This Venue Is Currently Setup As A Beavertails Franchise And Prior To This Was An Ice Cream Hut. All Three Are Open During All Operational Hours Of The Attraction. Food And Beverage Services Are A Critical Part Of The Attraction’S Operations. With Over 200,000 Guests Coming To The Attraction Annually, There Is An Expectation That These Services Are Available. The Contract Start Date Will Be April 1, 2027. The Intention Is To Have The Contract Awarded And Finalized In Advance To Allow For Sufficient Planning And Transition Time. Optional Site Meeting: Date And Time: September 10, 2026 @ 10:00 A.M. Upper Canada Village, Front Gate/Admissions 13740 County Road 2, Morrisburg, On K0c 1X0 All Bidders Who Wish To Attend Must Register In Advance By September 9, 2026, Contacting The Rfb Contact. When Registering, Bidders Shall Provide The Following Information For Each Attendee: Full Name Position/Title Company Name Contact Email Contact Phone Number Attendance Is Limited To A Maximum Of Three Representatives Per Bidder. Only Registered Individuals Will Be Permitted To Attend The Site Visit. Additional Details Or Requirements (If Any) Will Be Communicated To Registered Attendees Prior To The Visit. The Purpose Of The Site Meeting Will Be To Familiarize Prospective Bidders With The Rfb Requirements. The Session Will Also Include An Opportunity To Ask Questions. Answers Will Be Issued In The Form Of An Addendum And Posted On Otp.
