Covenant Health Invites Qualified Design Firms And Teams To Submit A Statement Of Qualifications In Response To This Request For Qualifications (“Rfq”). This Is Stage 1 Of A Two-Stage Procurement To Select A Design Consultant Team For A New Health Facility Aligned With The Covenant Wellness Community Model.
