The Subject Of The Tender Is The Construction Of A New Two-Story Changing Room Building At The Öbb Technischer Service Gmbh Location, Hall 3, Lobminger Straße 1, 8720 Knittelfeld. The New Building Project Serves To Create Contemporary Changing, Sanitary And Lounge Areas For The Operating Staff. The Building Will Be Constructed Using Solid Construction And Will Include All Lounge, Sanitary, Technical And Ancillary Rooms Required For Operation, Including The Complete Building Envelope And Interior Fittings. The Tender Is Being Carried Out As A Partial General Contracting Service (Part-Gu) For All Master Builder And Fit-Out Work, Including The Coordination Of The Trades Included In This Scope Of Services.
