The Procurement Unit Sends All Participants Willing To Participate In The Market Dialogue Drafts Of Tender Documents And Preliminary Questions On The Basis Of Which Market Dialogues Are Conducted. Comments On The Materials Are Requested By September 14, 2026 At The Latest. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Obtain Additional Clarification On The Applicability And Appropriateness Of The Minimum Requirements Of The Request For Tenders And The Terms Of The Contract. The Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Purchasing Unit To Carry Out The Actual Purchase Or To Carry Out The Purchase As Described In The Request For Information. The Procurement Unit Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Answers Received To The Request For Information When Preparing The Request For Tender. Answering The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Later Participation In The Actual Tender. Answering Or Not Answering The Request For Information Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender. The Information Given In The Request For Information Is Kept Confidential.
