Currently, Basic Information Technology Services Are Provided To The City Of Jyväskylä In The Following Service Packages: - User And Support Services (Service Desk, Remote And Local Support, Helppari) - Workstation, Device And Lifecycle Services - Management And Operation Of The Ict Environment - Server Monitoring And Operation Services At The Operating System Level - Telecommunication Spoc, Connection And Support Services For Terminal Devices. - Cyber Security Services (Technical Information Security And Anomaly Management) - Service Management And Production Management (Itsm System And System Integration Between Supplier And Customer, Sla, Change Management) The Aim Of The Future Tender Is To Reorganize The Services So That The Service Level And User Experience Are Uniform And Predictable, Service Production Is Transparently Manageable And Measurable, And The Whole Supports The Citys Operations Cost-Effectively. The Goal Is Also To Strengthen Proactivity And Continuous Development And To Ensure That The Services Take Into Account The Special Features Of The Administrative Network And The Teaching Network.
