The Subject Of The Order Is Planned And Emergency Cleaning Of Sewage, Cleaning And Drainage Of Heating Chambers At Sites Of Toplofikatsia Sofia Ead And Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities:Planned And Emergency Sewer Cleaning, Cleaning And Drainage Of Heating Chambers, Performed With Specialized Sewer Cleaning Equipment;Services Performed With Construction Machinery, Transport Equipment And Manually;Delivery Of Materials - The Delivered And Inserted Materials Necessary For The Activities Described In Section Ii - Services Performed With Construction Mechanization, Transport Equipment And Manually - From The Table Incorporated In Item Ii, 2, Of This Technical Specification - Must Be Accompanied By A Certificate And Declaration Of Conformity, According To Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of February 05, 2015 On The Conditions And Procedure For Placing Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria;Organization Of The Activities Of Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of The Construction And Other Waste, Which Arose As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Activities On The Implementation Of The Site, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Waste Management And The Ordinance On The Management Of Construction Waste And On The Use Of Recycled Construction Materials, Adopted With Pms No. 267 Of December 5, 2017;Land Mass And Construction Waste Disposal;Activities Related To The Protection Of The Environment And The Activities Of The Site, Not Allowing, During The Implementation, Damage Or Destruction Of Engineering Infrastructure;Activities Related To Conducting The Necessary Briefing, As The Contractor Should Ensure Compliance With All Requirements And Measures Under The Osh (According To The Current Regulations) By All Its Workers And Employees Participating In The Implementation Of The Assigned Activities. The Relations Between The Parties In This Regard Are Regulated In A Separate Agreement For Joint Insurance Under Zbut, Which Is Considered An Integral Part Of The Upcoming Contract Between Them;Compilation Of Acts/Protocols For The Works Performed In Kind And Reporting Documents;Removal Of Defects And Deficiencies Found Upon Acceptance Of The Completed Works.The Contractor Should Provide Persons Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order, And They Must Meet The Following Requirements: Have The Necessary Legal Capacity And Qualification; That They Have Been Given Initial And Periodic Briefing; To Have The Necessary Work, Special Work Clothing And Personal Protective Equipment, According To The Nature Of The Activities Performed.The Deadline For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is 48 (Forty-Eight) Months Or Until The Specified Estimated Value Is Reached, Whichever Event Occurs First.
