The Subject Of This Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Work Consisting Of The Installation Of A Supporting Structure For The Photovoltaic Installation And The Modernization Of The Flat Roof Over The Southern Wing Of The B7 Building, As Well As The Construction Of New Gutters And Downpipes Of The Elevator Shaft Superstructure On The Northern Wing. The Implementation Of The Task Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation Regarding The Modernization Of The Roof And Photovoltaic Installation; 2) Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Permits, And Expert Opinions (If Required); 3) Construction Of A New Roof Covering; 4) Installation Of The Photovoltaic Installation. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex No. A To The Swz; Contract Template - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Order Will Be Completed Within A Maximum Of 3 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining All Necessary Permits And Arrangements (If Required) Within 1 Month From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For Each Of The Tasks; 2) Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of: A) Task 1, I.E.: Modernization Of The Roof Within 3 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract; B) Task 2, I.E.: Delivery With Assembly, Commissioning Of The Installation Photovoltaic No Later Than December 20, 2026. The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Order Has Been Completed On Time If The Partial Acceptance Protocol For The Design Documentation Separately For Task 1 And Task 2 And The Final Acceptance Protocol For The Subject Of The Order For Each Of The Tasks Are Signed By The Expiry Of The Above-Mentioned. Deadlines. The Duration Of The Design Documentation Acceptance Activity Is Included In The Deadline For Completing The Design Documentation. The Duration Of The Final Acceptance Activity For Each Of The Tasks Is Included In The Deadline For Completing The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
