1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The District Road 3821P On The Osłonin-Radomierz Section, The Implementation Of Which Was Divided Into Tasks: Basic Task No. 1 In The Design Documentation Marked As Stage I (From Km 0+000.00 To 2+182.72) And Task No. 2 Marked In The Documentation As Stage Ii (From Km 2+617.00 To 3+774.47) Will Be Implemented Under The Option Right. The Task Will Include, Among Others: Asphalt Overlay (5 Cm Thick Wearing Course And 7 Cm Thick Binding Layer) Using Steel Mesh Reinforced With A Layer Of Slurry Seal. A 3 Cm Thick Leveling Layer Of Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Should Be Made Under The Mesh. According To The Documentation, Partial Replacement Of The Structure, Renovation Of The Culvert, Maintenance Of The Ditch, Regulation Of Exits, And Construction Of A Service Channel Are Planned. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Was Specified In The Technical Documentation (I.E. Construction And Executive Design And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Offer Cost Estimates). When Calculating The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Entire Scope Of Work Specified In The Design Documentation. Above Documentation Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Offer Costs Constituting Annex No. 6 Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. Other Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
