The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Fountain On Sienkiewicz Square In Zaklików, Including In Particular: A) Earthworks, Including: Measurement Works, Demolition Of The Existing Cobblestone Surface, Excavations, Formwork, Strengthening The Ground For The Fountain, Backfilling Of Excavations And Compaction Of The Soil After The Works Have Been Completed. Works, Leveling And Development Of The Area After Demolition; B) Assembly Works, Including: Construction Of Channels From Pvc Pipes And Plastic Pipelines To Connect The Fountain, Installation Of A Non-Return Flap, Electrical Connection And Control, Assembly Of The Complete Fountain With Equipment, Connection And Commissioning, And Reconstruction (Construction) Of The Surface Over The Fountain From New Granite Slabs, Performance Of Tightness Tests; Restoration Of The Surface And Development Of The Area After Demolition Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Attached Diagram Constituting Part Of The Documentation, Using Flamed Granite Slabs With Dimensions Of 60X60 Cm. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Surveying Services For The Investment (Staking Out And Post-Construction Inventory) And To Ensure The Management Of The Works By A Person With Construction Qualifications In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices.
