This Purchase File Relates To The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Lockers And Safes For Various User Groups And Functional Zones Within The Hospital. This Includes Lockers In The Staff Changing Rooms, Team Rooms And Nursing Stations, Patient Zones And Patient Rooms, As Well As Lockers For The Administrative Departments Where Flexible Working Is Employed. The Staff Changing Rooms Will Initially Be Based On A Flexible Concept In Which Dynamic, Non-Personal Lockers Are Combined With Smaller Personal Lockers For The Permanent Storage Of, For Example, Work Shoes Or Other Personal Work-Related Items. Given The Available Surface Area In Both The Central Staff Changing Rooms And The Operating Room Dressing Rooms, The Available Space Must Be Used As Efficiently As Possible. The Tenderer Is Asked To Develop An Optimal Locker Concept, Taking Into Account The Available Spaces, The User Needs And The Specified Plans, And To Visualize This Systematically In The Quotation. In Addition To This Basic Solution, The Tenderer Must Develop A Fully-Fledged Variant In Which The Staff Changing Rooms Are Optimally Equipped With Personal, Individually Assigned Lockers. This Variant Must Also Be Included In The Planning Made Available (In The Specifications Phase) And Priced Separately So That The Contracting Authority Can Assess And Compare Both Concepts In A Transparent Manner. An Electronic Access And Management System Must Be Provided For The Dynamic, Non-Personal Lockers In The Staff Changing Rooms And Administrative Departments That Are Linked To The Hospitals Central Badge Management System. Employees Should Therefore Be Able To Use These Lockers With Their Existing Staff Badge. The Personal Lockers Within The Staff Changing Rooms Do Not Fall Under This Mandatory Link. In Addition, Smaller Lockers Are Provided In Team Rooms And Nursing Stations For The Safe Storage Of Personal Belongings Such As Smartphones And Wallets.
