Tenders are invited for Supply of Multiparameter Monitor Basic with Stand Bid Security Amount (Rs.): 177,000.00 A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written request to the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, District General Hospital, Trincomalee from 24.08.2026 to 13.09.2026 from 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. during working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee for each item of Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only (Rs. 2500/=). To be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted & shall be submitted business registration. The bidders shall also register of public contracts, Sri Lanka in terms of the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987. The original certificate of registration (PCA 03) shall be submitted with the bid. The procurement shall not be awarded to any bidder unless such bidder had submitted the PCA 03 certificate. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security from a recognized commercial bank which is approved by Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Accounts Branch, DGH, Trincomalee and inspect the bidding documents at the same address on any working day from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. Contact No. Phone 026-2222261. Sealed completely filled bid in duplicate should be submitted in separate covers mentioning original and duplicate having inserted both covers in one cover with the name of the bid written on the top of the left-hand corner of the envelope containing the original and duplicate should either be sent by registered post or placed in the tender box kept in the Accountants Office to be received before 10.30 a.m. on 14.09.2026. Bids will be opened at 11.00 a.m. on 14.09.2026 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who have been chosen by their company to attend.
