Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services - Preparation of a Five-Year Development Plan for the Kalinago Territory and training of the Kalinago Council and Committee Members. The objective of the consultancy is to guide the Kalinago Council in a technically grounded, consultative, and participatory process for the preparation of a development plan for the period 2026-2030 for the Kalinago Territory in line with the Councils mandate and institutional arrangements. Further details can be found in the attached Terms of Reference to this REOI. The duration of the assignment is expected to be for a period of 40 person-days over a three-month period.
